Job summary

Excellus is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns participate in development workshops, gain mentorship, and work on meaningful ERP-related projects across finance, supply chain, HR, and operations.

Interns will be mentored by managers, attend workshops focused on business concepts, and complete assignments with deliverables. Housing is not provided; up to 40 hours per week during the first Monday in June to the second Friday

Qualifications

• High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment.
• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ERP strategy, project planning, and stakeholder meetings to understand business objectives.
• Document current-state business processes and map future-state workflows.
• Support requirements gathering sessions and document stakeholder needs.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating project status to leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ERP impacts across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations.
