Job summary

HD Hyundai Power Transformers USA, Inc. seeks an IT Engineer (System Engineer) to own enterprise systems powering our manufacturing operation. The role spans SAP S/4HANA, SOC 2 compliance, and ADP HCM integration, with end-to-end development of in-house applications and ongoing operations.

You will coordinate with HQ in Korea, translate business needs into reliable systems, and drive standardization of core IT processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT experience.
• Korean-English bilingual proficiency (business-essential).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA including the PS module.
• Working knowledge of IT security controls and SOC 2 compliance.
• Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval, validation, and reporting.
• Experience designing database schemas, relational data modeling, normalization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site liaison with HQ IT for SAP S/4HANA and legacy ERP.
• Translate user issues into HQ specifications and provide end-user guidance.
• Administer ERP user environment and access control; support UAT.
• Coordinate SOC 2 Type II audit readiness across IT infrastructure and controls.
• Build and operate HCM (ADP) integration to align HR processes with ERP.
• Design and develop in-house full-stack applications to digitize core processes.
• Ensure SOC 2-compliant security controls and audit logging.
