Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America in Savannah/Ellabell, GA is seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Business Systems Analyst II to lead SAP HCM, US Payroll, and Time Management processes for Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. This onsite role collaborates with HR, IT, external partners, and Korea Headquarters to ensure compliant payroll and workforce management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7-8 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience including configuration, development, implementation and support.
• 7+ years of ERP project execution and project management, delivering complex solutions.
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM, SAP US Payroll and Time Management processes, configuration and support.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with repetitive and discrete processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and solve complex problems in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP HCM solutions including US Payroll and Time Management.
• Manage payroll and time processes with data validation and timely bi-weekly payroll outcomes.
• Analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap assessments, and translate needs into functional specs.
