The SAP HCM Sr. Business Systems Analyst at Hyundai/Kia Motors Manufacturing serves as a senior functional and technical expert responsible for delivering and optimizing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions across SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors. This role partners closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and Korea HQ to design, implement, and support scalable, best‑in‑class HR systems that align with global standards and evolving business needs. As a key member of the global HR technology function, the analyst ensures seamless integration, reliability, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP ERP modules, applying deep business process knowledge and system expertise to drive operational excellence and enhanced employee experience.
