Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years maintaining enterprise IT environments.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Hands-on with Windows Server 2019 or later (AD, Exchange Online).
• Experience with UTP and Fiber Optic cabling.
• Basic virtualization knowledge (VMware).
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Solid TCP/IP networking and core services knowledge.
• Familiarity with Cisco equipment and EMC storage.
• Ability to support OT devices (barcode scanners, tablets, printers).
• Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer enterprise IT environments and networks.
• Install and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor CCTV/infrastructure for performance and security.
• Administer core infrastructure (file sharing, badge management, voice systems, PA, WLC).
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Manage backups for critical systems and ensure data protection.
• Research and deploy new hardware/software to improve performance and security.
• Maintain IT assets and participate in IT projects.
• Collaborate with team; adapt to production pace.
