Job summary

Interstates is seeking an ERP Analyst to lead, configure, and optimize our ERP system, ensuring alignment with business processes and operational goals. The role bridges business stakeholders and IT, driving improvements across modules and reporting.

You will partner with analysts and stakeholders, support testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain governance around ERP configurations and data quality. Flexible/hybrid work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related fields or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Business Central, SAP, Oracle.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interfaces preferred.
• Experience with testing, documentation, and support processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure ERP workflows, settings, and modules within approved standards to support business requirements.
• Translate business needs into ERP configuration, specifications, and testing requirements.
• Support system testing for upgrades, patches, enhancements, and customizations.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide SAR/subject-matter guidance to users and support teams.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors on issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Assist with data integrity, process improvements, and system maintenance.
