Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting, ERP Administration or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, integrations, reporting and field mapping.
• General knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience supporting ERP deployments and user training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ERP system performance for reliable operation.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP software issues.
• Test and deploy system updates, enhancements, and config changes.
• Manage ERP integrations with other business apps.
• Create and manage user accounts with appropriate access.
• Run and distribute reports per business requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual data entry.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into config.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and user guides.
• Provide ERP training and support to end users.
• Communicate updates and issues to stakeholders.
• Prioritize short- and long-term project needs.
