Spartanburg Community College seeks an ERP Systems Analyst to act as a technical and functional lead for enterprise systems. The role focuses on ERP administration, implementation support, integrations, data analysis, and business process transformation to modernize and optimize enterprise systems across the college.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years ERP experience (Ellucian Colleague preferred).
• Experience with ERP selection, implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
• Skills in APIs, middleware, SQL, data analysis and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical and functional lead for ERP platform administration.
• Support ERP implementation, data migration, and testing.
• Design and maintain ERP integrations with SIS, CRM, and facilities systems.
• Lead cross-functional business process analysis and redesign.
• Provide enterprise-wide application support and user training.
• Support data governance, compliance, and audits.
