Job summary

Blackhawk Technical College seeks an ERP Systems Analyst to support Banner and related campus software, ensuring business requirements align with ERP functionality. You will document processes, identify improvements, and coordinate with IT, reporting, and web teams.

You will analyze complex workflows, develop test plans, and guide functional teams through system upgrades, while providing on-call support and maintaining accurate standard work documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
• Four years of experience facilitating business process improvement and implementing software packages.
• Demonstrated ability to develop queries and reports, and to work with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a team environment to support IT solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity.
• Examine existing business models and data flows to design improved IT solutions.
• Identify requirements to define capabilities for processes or systems.
• Document new functional requirements and improvements to existing processes.
• Interface with reporting/analytics groups to identify requirements for reporting.
• Review system updates and guide testing plans for new development.
• Provide on-call support and troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Update standard work documents reflecting new processes.
