Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1–3 years in business systems analysis or ERP support.
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP applications and core business systems is preferred.
• Proficient in SQL-based reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve the ERP system and related business applications.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Document current and future workflows and system interactions.
• Develop reports and dashboards using ERP tools, SQL, SSRS, Power BI, or Dataverse.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and change management.
