Job summary

Business Knowledge Services is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support Power BI, data warehousing, ERP, MES, and AI-enabled analytics in a manufacturing and distribution setting.

You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design data solutions, and deliver dashboards that improve operational performance, supply chain visibility, and executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and BI reporting.
• Experience with ERP and MES in manufacturing and distribution.
• Knowledge of ETL, AI analytics, and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
• Design and support Power BI dashboards and data warehouse initiatives with ERP, MES data sources.
• Collaborate on data modeling, ETL, AI analytics, testing, and deployments.
• Support data governance, UAT, documentation, training, and continuous process improvement.
