Hanes Supply, Inc. is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to maintain and enhance the Infor CloudSuite ERP and related business applications at our Buffalo, NY location.

The role bridges business operations and technology to support goals and drive efficiency. Responsibilities include day-to-day ERP support for Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Production, Accounting, Service and Rental, plus system improvements, training, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor CloudSuite.
• Bachelor degree in business, information systems or similar field.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the ERP system (Infor CloudSuite) and related business applications.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for departments such as Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Production, Accounting, Service, and Rental.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Identify and implement system improvements in collaboration with IT leadership and department managers.
