Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes in an ERP context, ideally within manufacturing environments.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills, with ability to produce PRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfort working within an Agile/Scrum delivery model alongside globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Evaluate data gathered to inform improvements to CSI functionality.
• Partner with teams to ensure feature alignment with practices and standards.
• Create developer-ready requirement artifacts.
• Manage change requests through the feature lifecycle.
