Job summary

Horsburgh & Scott is seeking an IT ERP Business Analyst in Cleveland, OH to bridge business operations and technology as we implement and optimize Infor Cloud Suite ERP. You will analyze processes, document current and future workflows, and translate requirements into practical system solutions.

As a key member of the ERP team, you will partner with stakeholders across departments to standardize processes, support data migration, training, and post-go-live stabilization while helping drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience participating in at least one major ERP implementation.
• Experience documenting business processes and developing process maps.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and document current and future-state workflows.
• Support Infor Cloud Suite ERP implementations through requirements gathering, testing, and training.
• Create SOPs, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop user guides and training materials for system adoption.
