ProSearch is partnering with a well-establishedmanufacturer in New Hampshire to hire an experienced ERP Administrator. This on-site role offers full ownership of the company’s Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) ERP environment, supporting real-time production, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement across the shop floor.

Role Overview
- The ERP Administrator will manage the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) ERP system, focusing on process optimization and data integration to enhance manufacturing operations.
- Responsibilities include system configuration, reporting, vendor management, and user support, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and real-time data accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct an ERP assessment to identify optimization opportunities and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Manage vendor relationships for IT infrastructure and security, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline business processes and document workflows.
- Provide training and support to end-users, promoting effective use of ERP tools.
- Own and optimize Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) configuration, reporting, and integrations
- Assess the current ERP environment and drive performance, stability, and reporting improvements
- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries to deliver real-time operational insights
- Support and modernize reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Power BI a plus)
- Partner with operations, engineering, accounting, and customer service to streamline workflows
- Manage IT vendors supporting infrastructure, security, and system uptime
- Provide hands-on user support and training across the organization
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Strong experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) or similar manufacturing ERP
- Required: 5+ years in IT systems support or ERP administration, strong experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial, SQL Server, and reporting tools
- Preferred: Experience in manufacturing environments, familiarity with CAD systems, and knowledge of employee-owned company dynamics
- 5+ years in ERP administration or IT systems support
- Solid SQL Server experience (queries, performance tuning, backups)
- Experience with ERP reporting tools (Crystal Reports required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Manufacturing environment experience (CNC, CAD, MES)
- ERP upgrades, implementations, or migrations
- Familiarity with employee-owned or ESOP organizations
