Job summary

Dynamic Aviation is seeking an ERP System Analyst to support, configure, and optimize our ERP system in line with business operations and government contracting requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to lead change management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience supporting finance, supply chain, or maintenance operations workflows.
• Experience in government contracting environment.
• Experience with project-based accounting and contract billing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for Pentagon 2000SQL.
• Drive ERP-enabled business process development and sustainment.
• Analyze processes to define requirements and translate to ERP config.
• Identify gaps and develop solutions to address them.
• Work with Process Owners to improve workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Support new module implementations and enhancements.
• Execute functional testing and deployments.
• Develop end-user training and documentation.
• Provide Tier 2/3 ERP support and troubleshoot issues.
• Support data governance and standardization for reporting and billing.
• Maintain process and controls documentation for audit readiness.
• Support project accounting, contracts setup, and cost tracking.
• Ensure ERP aligns with FAR/DFARS and internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
