Qualifications

• 3+ years in ERP Application Administration and ERP best practices.
• Experience with Pentagon 2000 ERP or similar is a plus.
• ERP experience in aerospace/logistics/distribution is desirable.
• Experience with Power BI and SSRS for reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Good business acumen and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of Pentagon 2000 technology support delivered to end users.
• Oversee troubleshooting of the Pentagon 2000 platform and optimize performance.
• Understand business needs and implement solutions related to system features and integrations.
• Stay current on Pentagon 2000 releases and modules to streamline processes.
• Develop and deliver end-user training for system functionalities.
• Provide oversight to contractors and consultants supporting projects.
