Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 0-3 years' experience OR equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• ERP knowledge and willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business needs and processes to develop, design, troubleshoot and implement ERP applications and training needs.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes.
• Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to create training doc and support LMS.
• Analyzes ERP system performance and resolves issues to improve integrity, security, functionality of the system.
• Designs, generates and monitors reports to ensure ERP reliability and efficiency.
• Develops user training documentation and maintains LMS courses and training aids.
