Job summary

Dynamic Aviation, based in Bridgewater, CT, is seeking an ERP System Analyst to optimize our ERP platform and ensure financial controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness for government contracting.

The role serves as the functional SME for Pentagon 2000SQL, drives ERP-enabled processes, and collaborates with Finance, Contracts, and IT to deliver accurate reporting and streamlined operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IS/Finance/Business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Experience with government contracting environments is preferred.
• Experience with project accounting and contract billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional SME for Pentagon 2000SQL and ERP systems.
• Drive development and sustainment of ERP-enabled processes across the organization.
• Define requirements and translate into ERP configurations and designs.
• Identify gaps and implement effective solutions to processes.
• Support data governance, reporting readiness, and auditability.
• Provide Tier 2/3 ERP support and training materials.
• Ensure processes align with FAR/DFARS and internal controls.
• Support project accounting, contract setup, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with Finance, Program Control, Contracts, Supply Chain, and IT.
