Job summary

The ERP System Analyst at Dynamic Aviation Group will support, configure, and optimize the company’s ERP to align with business operations, financial controls, and government contracting requirements.

As the primary liaison among Finance, Program Control, Contracts, Supply Chain, Maintenance Operations, and HR, you ensure ERP functionality and audit readiness while driving continuous process improvements and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, accounting, or finance.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and government contracting controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ERP design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for Pentagon 2000SQL.
• Analyze processes and define ERP configuration requirements.
• Drive ERP-enabled process development and sustainment.
• Support audits, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver end-user training and process documentation.
• Provide Tier 2/3 ERP support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Finance, Contracts, and IT on upgrades.
