Job summary

Interstates is seeking an ERP Analyst to lead, configure, and optimize our ERP platform to support operations across the company. This role bridges business stakeholders and IT, ensuring the ERP aligns with processes and operational goals.

You will configure workflows, collaborate with analysts, support testing, data reporting, and coordinate with vendors. The role blends office and field work, with occasional remote options and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or related fields or/and equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Business Central, SAP, Oracle.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interfaces is preferred.
• Experience with testing, documentation, and support processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, configure, and optimize the ERP system to support business operations.
• Bridge business stakeholders and IT to align ERP with processes and goals.
• Configure ERP workflows, settings, and modules within approved standards.
• Translate business needs into ERP configuration, specifications, and testing requirements.
• Support testing for upgrades, patches, enhancements, and customizations.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide subject-matter guidance to users.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors on issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Assist with data integrity, process improvements, and system maintenance.
• Monitor data quality and ERP performance; participate in workstreams as needed.
