Job summary

Interstates in Iowa seeks an experienced ERP Analyst to lead the configuration and optimization of our ERP system to support daily operations across the organization. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment with processes and strategic goals.

You will manage testing, data integrity, reporting, and vendor coordination, delivering governance and continuous improvements while adapting to a blended office/construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in MIS/CS or related field.
• Experience with ERP platforms (MS Business Central, SAP, Oracle).
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interfaces preferred.
• Experience with testing, documentation, and support processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure ERP workflows, settings, and modules within approved standards.
• Translate business needs into ERP configuration and testing requirements.
• Support system testing for upgrades, patches, enhancements, and customizations.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide SME guidance to users and teams.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors on issues, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Assist with data integrity, process improvements, and maintenance.
• Manage user access requests, role reviews, and separation of duties.
• Support ERP change intake, testing coordination, and release readiness.
