Job summary

Careers and Highline Warren is seeking an ERP Analyst to support implementation, maintenance and optimization of ERP systems in Dallas or Elkton. You will analyze business processes, draft technical requirements and ensure ERP meets operational needs.

You will collaborate with product owners and ERP Lead, assist in testing, data integrity and user training, and help integrate ERP with other business applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 2 years of ERP experience in analyst or support role.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and the ERP Technical Lead to review business requirements and document technical requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for ERP system improvements.
• Support ERP system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Assist in the integration of ERP systems with other business applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes and configurations.
• Provide end user support and training for ERP applications.
• Participate in testing of ERP related changes.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP related issues.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP modules.
• Support the ERP Technical Lead in project planning and execution.
