Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
• 2 years of experience working with ERP systems in an analyst or support role
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, or manufacturing
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and the ERP Technical Lead to review business requirements and document technical requirements
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for ERP system improvements
• Support ERP system configuration testing and deployment activities
• Assist in the integration of ERP systems with other business applications
• Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes and configurations
• Provide end user support and training for ERP applications
• Participate in testing of ERP related changes
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP related issues
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP modules
• Support the ERP Technical Lead in project planning and execution
