Job summary
County College of Morris Foundation in Randolph Township, NJ is seeking a Programmer Analyst to design, develop, test, and support workflow, automation, and data integrations across ERP and related systems. You will partner with college staff to define business requirements, document solutions, and manage projects while maintaining system documentation and troubleshooting records.
Strong SQL/ETL skills and ERP experience are essential, with SAP BusinessObjects and Microsoft 365 familiarity a
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Minimum of two years programming or combination of programming and systems analysis.
- High level of competence in at least one programming language.
- Familiarity with operating systems, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Experience with ETL technologies; strong knowledge of SQL programming and relational database technologies.
- Experience with Ellucian Colleague or other ERP systems, including user account setup and maintenance, system configuration, troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, test, and support workflow, automation, and programming within and between ERP and ancillary systems.
- Develop internal working relationships to communicate and support client needs; analyze and define business requirements and functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain system documentation of issues and solutions from troubleshooting tickets.
- Perform project management functions by scheduling and conducting meetings to complete projects.
- Communicate issues and solutions to managers, users, and IS; identify and resolve data and reporting problems.
- Complete other responsibilities for fulfilling this role.
