Job summary

DeBra-Kuempel is seeking an experienced ERP Administrator in Cincinnati to manage Coins ERP, configure modules, and support finance, payroll, HR, and project operations. You will collaborate with Coins consultants and internal teams to implement and optimize the system, ensuring data governance and effective reporting.

The role includes traveling up to 10% to train staff at multiple office locations as needed, with higher travel during go-live phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
Experience with ERP systems, modules, and administration.
Strong technical skills in system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and SQL.
Ability to work independently and in a team; professional and discreet handling of data.
Experience as Systems/Business Systems/ERP Analyst or ERP Administrator.

Responsibilities

Configure Coins modules and workflows to meet business requirements with Coins consultants and ERP stakeholders.
Manage implementation scope, schedule, and budget; support go-live and training.
Set up initial ERP configuration, including user roles and permissions, with Coins.
Maintain ERP system, perform upgrades/patches, and integrate with other software.
Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and develop data governance standards.
Create dashboards/reports in Coins or adjacent systems (e.g., PowerBI).
Collaborate with internal teams and Coins consultants; train users across the organization.
