Job summary

DeBra-Kuempel in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to manage the Coins ERP system across finance, payroll, HR, project management, and operations. The role involves implementation, configuration, and ongoing support to improve efficiency and data governance.

This position may require up to 10% travel to other offices for training and go-live activities, with higher travel during implementation. A strong ERP background and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when managing confidential information.
• Existing experience with ERP systems and modules.
• Strong technical skills in system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and SQL database management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong understanding of how technology relates to and supports an organization.
• Experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or ERP Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Configure Coins modules and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Manage implementation schedules and budgets to deliver on time.
• Setup initial ERP configuration including user roles and permissions.
• Provide user training and go-live support.
• Maintain and upgrade the ERP system, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop data governance standards for ERP master data and reporting.
