Job summary

SSOE is seeking an ERP Support Analyst to help manage and optimize our ERP environment in Toledo, OH. You will support user accounts, data integrity, and reporting while collaborating with Finance, HR, and PM teams.

You will contribute to upgrades, testing, training, and data migration, with a focus on Deltek Vantagepoint. A hybrid or fully remote schedule may be applicable to balance priorities and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science.
• Minimum of five (5) years related experience in enterprise software administration and implementation.
• Knowledge / Experience full lifecycle ERP ownership: configuration, optimization, upgrades, change control, support analysis.
• Experience in ERP systems support or business analysis. Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in evening hours to facilitate communication with teams in the USA.
• Must have Deltek Vantagepoint experience and preferably helpdesk experience.
• Dashboard and reporting experience in Vantagepoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily ERP operations with user account management and basic system configuration under supervision.
• Assists with data entry, data validation, and data integrity checks across ERP modules (Accounting, CRM, Project Management, and Resource Management).
• Generates standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts from ERP to support operations and reporting.
• Provides first-level end-user support and escalates complex issues to senior staff.
• Assists with end-user training and creates training materials.
• Supports testing during upgrades, patches, and implementations.
• Collaborates with Finance, HR, Project Management to gather requirements and translate needs into workflows.
• Maintains system documentation and user access permissions.
• Assists with data migration and data cleanup activities.
• Monitors system performance and reports anomalies to management.
