SOCOTEC is seeking a Financial Application Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for financial and business applications, focusing on Deltek Vantagepoint and related systems.

The role supports Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Business users by maintaining system functionality, producing reports, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements.

Ideal candidates have ERP/CRM experience, strong accounting knowledge, and expert Excel skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting ERP/CRM or financial applications.
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Experience supporting end users in a business application environment.
• Experience supporting Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Importing and manipulating large datasets
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support for Deltek Vantagepoint users and related financial applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating to vendors when appropriate.
• Support user setup, security roles, permissions, and system administration tasks.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, patches, and new feature deployments.
• Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and support procedures.
• Run recurring and ad hoc reports for Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Leadership teams.
• Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with report development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and distribution.
• Support reporting initiatives using Deltek, SQL Server, SSRS, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Support business processes related to: Project Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, Expense Management, Timesheets and Labor Reporting, Revenue Recognition.
