Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking an experienced ERP administrator to support and optimize our ERP environment leveraging Deltek Vantagepoint. You will manage user accounts, validate data, generate reports, and assist with migrations and integrations to drive business efficiency.

You should have a 5+ year track record in ERP administration, strong Excel skills, and be comfortable coordinating with USA teams in evening hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, business admin, or CS.
• 5+ years in enterprise software administration and implementation.
• End-to-end ERP ownership experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Deltek Vantagepoint experience.
• Willingness to work evening hours for USA teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily ERP operations with user account management, password resets, and basic system configuration.
• Generates standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts from ERP.
• Provides first-level user support and escalates complex issues as needed.
• Assists with data migration, data cleanup, and system integration tasks.
• Participates in implementation projects under project leadership.
