Job summary

You will interact with multiple departments, document solutions, and contribute to process improvements. This full-time, office-based position runs 8:00 am–5:00 pm with occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying/manipulating data.
• Experience supporting ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft SQL.
• Excellent communication across departments and user groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming ERP support tickets, prioritizing and resolving them efficiently to minimize disruption to business processes.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and execute data corrections and queries within a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
• Collaborate across departments, communicating solutions, timelines and status updates clearly.
• Document solutions and maintain records of issue resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest proactive improvements to minimize future occurrences.
• Work on special projects as needed.
