Job summary

L2 Brands, based in Hanover, PA, seeks an ERP Support Specialist to join its IT team in Hanover. You will resolve ERP tickets, perform data fixes via SQL, and collaborate across departments to keep business systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documentation, and proactive improvements. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with occasional after-hours as needed at our Hanover location.

Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency in SQL, particularly querying and manipulating data.
• Experience supporting or interacting with ERP systems, ideally within environments using Microsoft SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively across multiple departments and user groups.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming ERP support tickets, prioritizing and resolving them efficiently to minimize disruption to business processes.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and execute data corrections and queries within a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
• Collaborate closely with departments across the organization, clearly communicating solutions, timelines, and status updates.
• Document solutions and maintain accurate records of issue resolutions to support future problem solving and knowledge sharing.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest proactive solutions or improvements to minimize future occurrences.
• Work on special projects as needed.
