Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking an ERP Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of our ERP system, with emphasis on Deltek Vantagepoint. The role requires collaboration across Finance, HR, and Project Management teams to optimize workflows and data integrity.

The candidate will support system upgrades, training, and reporting, while ensuring high data quality and user satisfaction. A hybrid or remote work setup is available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS/Business/CS.
• Five years of ERP ownership experience (config, upgrades, changes).
• Experience in ERP support or business analysis; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations of the ERP system under supervision.
• Assists with data entry, validation, and data integrity checks across ERP modules.
• Generates standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts from ERP.
