Job summary

SOCOTEC US is seeking a Financial Application Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for Deltek Vantagepoint and related financial applications, supporting Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Business users. The role involves maintaining system functionality, reporting, data support, and process improvements.

Ideal candidates will have ERP/CRM experience, strong accounting knowledge, and expertise in data reporting tools including SQL Server, SSRS, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting ERP, CRM, or financial applications.
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Experience supporting end users in a business application environment.
• Experience supporting Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Deltek Vantagepoint and related financial applications.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to vendors when needed.
• Manage user setup, security roles, and system administration tasks.
• Assist with upgrades, patches, and feature deployments.
• Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Run recurring and ad hoc reports for Finance, Accounting, Operations and Leadership.
