Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking an ERP Support Administrator to join the System Administration team. You will interact with internal stakeholders to map products on the BH platform and support API troubleshooting while continuing to learn the employee benefits industry.

You will perform QA tasks, handle client support tickets, and assist with day-to-day administration. Collaboration with Developers and Operations is essential to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in business, preferably in case or product implementation.
• 2+ years demonstrated experience with complex projects in the benefits industry, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn ERP processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform mapping and product build/creation requested for ERP clients.
• Analyze client escalations; research and troubleshoot from initial contact through resolution.
• Coordinate with Developers to test and solve client issues.
• Assist with setup of new Divisions, Regions and/or Locations and update Employer Admins.
• Identify process improvements including automation and functionality enhancements.
