Job summary

Benefit Harbor is seeking an ERP System Administrator to support ERP clients, map products on the BH platform, troubleshoot API issues, and assist the ERP Operations Team while continuing to learn the benefits industry.

Responsibilities include quality assurance, resolving client tickets, coordinating with Developers, and pursuing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in business
• 2+ years demonstrated experience with complex projects in the benefits industry or related experience
• Work on site at Benefit Harbor or remote home office with some extended hours
• Limited travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Map and build products for ERP clients
• Audit data and document results for the Operations Team
• Navigate Sys Admin in Cases/Groups providing client info
• Copy and update reports for clients and Operations Team
• Assist with setup of Divisions, Regions, or Locations
• Analyze client escalations and troubleshoot with internal partners
• Test with Developers to resolve client issues
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Meet deadlines and manage assigned tasks
• Support data transfers, reports, and case builds with EDI
• Build relationships with BH employees
• Perform other duties as assigned
