Job summary

Benefit Harbor is seeking a Benefits System Administrator to join the ERP Operations Team. You will build and map products on the BH platform, troubleshoot API issues, and support day-to-day administration while advancing knowledge of employee benefits.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure accurate client information and timely resolutions. The role emphasizes process improvement, QA tasks, and handling client support tickets, with occasional after-hours work and limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in business.
• 2+ years demonstrated experience with complex projects in the benefits industry or related experience.
• General knowledge of health and benefits; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel and Access experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform mapping and product build/creation for ERP clients.
• Perform basic audits, document results and deliver back to the Operations Team.
• Navigate Sys Admin in Cases, Groups, and provide accurate client information.
• Copy and update reports for clients and the Operations Team.
• Assist with setup of new Divisions, Regions and Locations; copy eligibility.
• Analyze client escalations and troubleshoot with internal partners until resolution.
• Work with Developers to test and resolve client issues.
• Identify process improvements, automation and functionality enhancements.
• Meet timelines and due dates; assist with data transfers and reports.
