Job summary

Twenty80 LLC seeks an IT Systems Administrator to maintain networks, ERP infrastructure, and information systems. The role includes daily system health, hands-on help desk support, cybersecurity, and improving productivity and security.

The ideal candidate will have ERP experience, strong system administration skills, and the ability to read, modify, or develop code when needed. Ownership of ERP discussions, upgrades, integrations, and user-driven enhancements is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, security, and overall health of network and information systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and desktop support issues.
• Provide responsive help desk support to internal users.
• Evaluate technology needs and recommend hardware and software upgrades.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Teams-based phone systems.
• Maintain wireless communications and messaging platforms.
• Train and educate users on technology best practices.
• Identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities and implement appropriate safeguards.
• Support and maintain ERP software, databases, integrations, and customizations.
• Develop or enhance custom business solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and data protection initiatives.
• Collaborate with external technology partners and consultants to optimize system performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
