Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking a Director of Enterprise Application to lead ERP strategy, transformation initiatives, and lifecycle management across our application landscape. You will partner with IT and business leaders to drive digital initiatives that maximize value and maintain security and compliance.

The role requires a seasoned leader with ERP implementation expertise, vendor management, and cloud experience, guiding a high-performing team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years ERP implementation experience.
• Experience in change management – effectively communicating changes and building commitment.
• Knowledge of requirements solicitation, application development, and cloud-based solutions (SaaS, PaaS).
• Proven track record of vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with business goals and promote awareness of the strategic roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance IT/ERP team.
• Build relationships with business leaders to leverage applications for new value; survey stakeholder satisfaction and drive improvements.
• Oversee ERP project portfolio; prioritize initiatives by strategic fit, ROI, and risk.
• Ensure ERP reliability, availability, performance, and lifecycle management; govern development, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of solutions.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay informed on vendor roadmaps to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance across applications.
• Develop and manage the ERP budget for optimal resource allocation and cost control.
