Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a Director, Digital Manufacturing ERP to lead the ERP transformation across CTO and ETO manufacturing, driving efficiency and collaboration. You will manage a team of business analysts supporting order, materials, inventory, and warehousing functions, steering initiatives from Oracle R12 to SAP S/4HANA.

You will partner with senior leaders to define roadmaps, enable data transparency, and champion digital platforms that enhance performance and innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Digital leadership role with a focus on ERP implementations.
• Proven experience managing business analysts and delivering digital solutions in a global manufacturing/industrial environment with large-scale ERP systems.
• Extensive functional knowledge of supply chain or manufacturing, ERP systems and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital manufacturing strategy aligned with transformation goals and a product-centric operating model.
• Lead and mentor analysts delivering solutions that meet business needs and drive measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Digital) to ensure processes are integrated with enterprise platforms.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of manufacturing ERP technologies including Oracle and SAP S/4HANA and analytics platforms.
• Develop a detailed roadmap and drive change management to ensure adoption across the enterprise.
