Job summary

eNGINE is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to drive a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation in a manufacturing environment. The role involves leading a PMO-backed team and coordinating 50+ members across workstreams, with a substantial annual budget and complex governance.

You will own project plans, manage resources, and report on health, risks, and decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PM experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or SCM ERP implementations.
• Experience managing large ERP programs across multiple workstreams, vendors, and teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to align stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project managers and coordinate execution across multiple Dynamics 365 implementation workstreams and related initiatives.
• Own integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.
• Develop and maintain resource plans, identify capacity constraints and staffing gaps across teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, partners, technical teams, and leaders to stay aligned.
• Manage day-to-day PM activities: meetings, resources, status reports, action items, documentation.
• Provide visibility into project health, risks, and decisions requiring escalation.
• Identify schedule conflicts and risks, then drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent reporting and planning practices across workstreams.
• Work within governance frameworks and identify improvements to execution.
• Support readiness, testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Keep priorities aligned with business objectives and budgets.
