Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. offers a 10-week paid summer internship designed for undergraduates and graduates to attend development workshops, work on meaningful ERP-related projects, and be mentored by managers.

Interns may work in both technical and non-technical tracks, with a focus on ERP strategy, process improvement, and change management. Housing is not provided; pay is provided for up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with continuous college enrollment.
• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program and in good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP strategy, project planning, and stakeholder meetings to understand objectives.
• Document current-state processes and map future-state workflows.
• Gather requirements and document stakeholder needs and system requests.
• Maintain project documentation, process flows, user guides, and change materials.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations.
• Assist with testing activities and track defects.
• Evaluate user adoption and assist in change management activities.
