Excellus Health Plan Inc. is offering a 10-week Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns will participate in development workshops, be mentored by managers, and work on meaningful projects across multiple tracks.

Internship runs from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August, up to 40 hours per week. Housing is not provided; applicants should be prepared for a summer commitment in the Rochester area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment (full-time undergraduate or graduate).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Participate in ERP strategy, project planning, and stakeholder meetings to understand objectives and priorities.
• Document current-state business processes and map future-state workflows for optimization.
• Assist with requirements gathering by documenting stakeholder needs and system enhancement requests.
• Maintain project documentation, process flows, user guides, and change management materials.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating status, findings, and recommendations to leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ERP impacts across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations.
• Support testing activities by documenting test scenarios and tracking defects.
• Evaluate user adoption and identify opportunities to improve engagement and training.
