Job summary

NCHS is seeking a senior IT executive to manage IT infrastructure, strategize ERP systems, and drive execution with vendors, staff, and executives. The role requires deep ERP program management and strong leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include budgeting, implementing standard processes, and guiding the ERP Core Team to deliver on strategic objectives and enterprise-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IS/related field required.
• 10+ years leading large, complex IT implementations.
• Proven leadership of midsize to large IT teams and stakeholder influence.
• ERP programs: implementation and operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure strategy, budgets, and ERP systems planning.
• Direct vendor, consultant, and IT staff collaboration for ERP needs.
• Develop annual financial systems plans with budgeting and staffing guidance.
• Manage department operations and ensure timely information services.
• Lead ERP Core Team to achieve program goals in a matrix environment.
