Job summary

Quest Oracle Community is seeking a senior IT leader responsible for strategy, management, and execution of the organization's IT infrastructure. The role oversees ERP systems, budget planning, and alignment with the IT strategic plan, working with vendors, consultants, and executives.

You will guide ERP program management, lead a cross-functional team, and drive process improvements while ensuring reliable IT services for business operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• More than 10 years experience leading at least two large, complex, full-lifecycle IT implementations.
• More than 10 years leadership experience managing midsize to large IT teams with senior stakeholders.
• More than 10 years experience with ERP systems implementation and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages ERP software development, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance for vendor and in-house solutions.
• Analyzes ERP product opportunities through research and feasibility analysis.
• Ensures design specs are met and prepares test plans and methodologies.
• Maintains communication standards with clients on project status and deliverables.
• Leads and mentors staff; supports staff development and performance.
• Creates annual financial systems plan in collaboration with CIO, including budgeting and staffing.
• Maintains formal tracking of client projects and IT staff workload.
• Develops long-term strategic plans for ERP systems.
• Recruits, hires, and manages an ERP support team.
