Job summary

HTO EMP., LLC is seeking a Director of Information Technology & Business Systems to lead the company’s technology strategy and operations. This senior role partners with the CFO and executive team to align investments with growth while ensuring secure, scalable enterprise systems across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/IS/Business preferred.
• Minimum of six years of progressive information technology experience.
• Minimum of two years leading and developing small technology teams.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP, POS, and BOH systems.
• Experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, retail, franchise, or other distributed environments preferred.
• Experience leading PCI-DSS compliance programs in a franchise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead a team of IT professionals and manage MSPs and vendors to meet service levels.
• Oversee ERP, BOH, POS, and mobile app ecosystems and integrations.
• Ensure cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.
