Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead IT strategy, operations, and data management for scalability and operational excellence. You will drive a major ERP transformation, align technology investments with business priorities, and build a PMO to guide the move to a modern cloud-native ERP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise IT or information systems.
• Proven ERP, financial, and operational systems management.
• Deep IT operations, data governance and cybersecurity expertise.
• Experience optimizing business processes through system integration.
• Strong vendor and IT financial management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• ERP implementation experience in industrial, equipment rental, or distribution environments.
• Experience transitioning from legacy on-prem ERP to cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Council to ensure systems, data, and reporting support business unit performance.
• Lead the selection and end-to-end implementation of a modern ERP platform, managing discovery, BPR, go-live and stabilization.
• Build a PMO to guide the move from legacy ERP to a modern platform, managing budgets, timelines, risks, vendors, and organizational change.
• Strengthen data, security, analytics, automation, and IT leadership to keep systems reliable and aligned with operational needs.
