Job summary

Guilford County seeks an ERP Specialist to support HR modules, timekeeping, and data reporting across enterprise systems. This role blends business analysis, software development, and production support to ensure reliable ERP solutions. You will coordinate with teams, leverage AI tools, and drive improvements.

You will work under the Enterprise Applications Manager within IT to analyze processes, implement upgrades, and create documentation for end users and IT staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP modules such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management & Recruiting, and Employee Self-Service.
• Knowledge of workforce management systems (e.g., UKG).
• Experience upgrading ERP systems and integrating ERP with other applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and end user support for HR ERP modules and timekeeping systems.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for applications.
• Develop, test, deploy, and optimize interfaces across enterprise applications.
