Job summary

Logan Health in Kalispell, MT, is seeking an experienced Senior Applications Specialist for ERP. The role focuses on end-user support, system optimization, and project management for healthcare information systems across the ERP environment.

You will collaborate with clinicians and IT teams to translate needs into system requirements, drive implementation, and ensure system reliability. On-site with potential hybrid arrangements after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Health Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare IT or related industry experience
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning
• Current Oracle Fusion certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Demonstrated project management experience, including implementation of software application systems
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism
• Solid understanding of personal computers and common software applications (such as Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and end-user support, including configuring applications and troubleshooting ERP issues.
• Monitor service requests, identify problems and root causes, and improve system performance.
• Collaborate with end users to implement, optimize, and maintain application systems.
• Serve as project manager for implementation, support, and integration of healthcare information systems.
• Participate in planning, design, build, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into functional system requirements.
• Liaise between end users and software vendors.
• Assist with development of interfaces, workflow design, and data mapping.
• Conduct integrated system testing and apply quality management principles.
