Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with emphasis in accounting, or equivalent.
• At least one year of leadership experience.
• Five years of accounting experience; healthcare background preferred.
• MBA and CPA preferred.
• Strong communication, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, fixed assets, capital requests, lease accounting and property
• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide leadership, training and performance management to staff
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial processes and systems
• Support transition to a new financial system and maintain compliance
